We, the tenants of Plantation South Apartments, 8051 Vincent Road, Denham Springs, La., feel that the disturbing and disruptive behavior of the tenants occupying apartment number B-208 has been tolerated with patience and benevolence far beyond normal toleration. Several of us have spoken with the management and this action has not done any good. We feel that these tenants should be evicted. Some of the incidents regarding these tenants are as follows: 4 cars have been “hit-and-run”, these tenants play loud music at all hours and have visitors who disrupt tenants while they are sleeping. There has been times when teenage boys have brought cases of beer to the residence in question while no adult was home. Cars have been “egged” and tenants have been cursed out and we are sick of this. We believe we have been more than patient in waiting for decisive action. Also, I would like to mention that several of the tenants in the building with the offenders are moving because nothing is being done about this. This will result in los for the owner of this comoplex, therefore it is up to them to decide what will be done about this problem. Thank You for your time and co-operation.
