"Every child ought to be more intelligent than his parents." – Clarance Darrow

I have had a pretty good day so far. It’s Wednesday and we have a short week. I might be going to the fair tonight. I hope I get to go. I will probably just stay home and be bored the whole time we’re out of school.

"One of the difficulties in the language is that all our words from loose-using have lost their edge." – Ernest Hemingway

I had a nice vacation from school. Nikki and I spent the night at Bonnie’s house Thursday and we had a blast. Bonnie had to drive her grandfather to the dentist Friday morning, so Nikki and I stayed at her house. We decided we wanted to cook something, so we cooked hamburgers and french fries. Unfortunately, we nearly burned the fries, but the burgers were good. We had a really good time while we were there.
