Ok, Frank, let’s see if I can do your superior summarizing skills justice…

Was an interesting day – Jerilynn responded to my MySpace message and I ended up talking to her on IM for a couple of hours. Was cool to catch up with her!  She told me to write to Deon via Deon’s son’s MySpace profile, so I did. She was online IM’ing me within minutes.  I ended up talking to her for almost two hours on the phone!  She was so excited to hear from me, which really did surprise me.  Why do I always presume I’m forgettable and that people wouldn’t be happy to hear from me?   Note to self: Must work on self-esteem (ego?).

Worked a lot today on ad revisions and submissions for Rennie and revisions to the Pac View postcard. I think it looks like shit now. Oh, well.  Cha-ching!

Tracey worked today and then went to her place for the evening.  I was happy to have the evening to myself after spending all day and half the evening in front of the computer.

My mom hadn’t called me or my Aunt Betty in several days and we were worried, so I phoned the hospital before calling the Sherriff’s office to ride by her house and make sure she was OK.  She was pissed at me for calling them and refused to listen to reason (what’s new in that?) when I explained that I worry if she doesn’t at least call and I can see her number on the ID every day or so.  Aunt Betty said “she just doesn’t think of it…” and I said “oh yes she does – she’s very intelligent and everything she does is intentional.”  Mom called me as cops arrived.  Was sort of pleased with myself for annoying her a little, considering she does shit like that to make me worry on purpose.

I’ve spent the past couple of hours sewing military patches I bought at the surplus store onto a pair of my jeans. It looks cool!  Trying to decide whether to sew a couple of other ones on the other leg.  Sent an email to Manon, Deidre and Laina to ask their opinions!

About to head back to sleep – took a nap on the couch between 9 and 10:30 or so and have been awake since then.

Not bad for summarizing, especially for me! lol
