Just got back from a walk around the neighbourhood again. My God, it is HOT here today – 78 degrees Fahrenheit, to be exact. I kept wishing for a cap and/or sunglasses and a pair of shorts! So bright and warm and I’m definitely not used to it, especially not at this time of year!

Glad I went for the walk, though, despite the fact that I kept feeling like I might pass out due to the fact that I’m not used to the heat.  I need the exercise right now to get rid of some of the nervous energy.

Going to cool off here for a little bit and then get a bath, shave the ole legs, etc. Fun fun.
