September 25, 1987

Yesterday was the happiest day of my life. I found out that we are going to get our old apartment back when we move in November. I freaked out when I found out. Moma gave me a letter Ms. Earlene wrote to her and I jumped up and accidentally hit moma in the eye with my elbow. I still can’t believe that we are getting the same apartment! It is just like a dream come true. I can’t wait until November 2, 1987. We are going to Denham to get the electricity and all that turned on. I will be so happy to move back not JUST because I want to, but because moma promised me a hamster and a new skateboard.
