I left Debbie’s and I had to go over to Emily’s to get my car charger and say bye to her mom and dad.  I left early for the airport so I could return the car.  I miss driving down there!  My American flight got cancelled but they put me on a Delta flight that got into Dallas 30 minutes later than the AA flight, so I made my connecting flight anyway.

I got some nice shirts at the BR airport and waited for the plane change while talking to some guys that were working on the Dukes of Hazzard movie.  The guy that sat next to me on the Dallas to Vancouver flight was a British guy that lives in Kelowna but was working in Mexico doing forest inventory.  

I wasn’t sure if they were going to lose my luggage or not since the flight got changed at the last minute.  I got flagged for extra security in BR and had to get frisked and had a hard wand passed over me which was weird.  They swabbed my laptop in Dallas to check it for explosives.  Weird!  

Trace picked me up from the airport.  She looked cute and was happy to see me.
