To me a friend is someone who is always there for you.  They would never just dump you for a boyfriend or anyone else.  A friend is a person who thinks about your feelings and takes them into consideration.  My friends, Bonnie (my very best friend), Emily & Willie all fit these definitions.  A friend is also someone you get in trouble with, go through changes with and trust.  I have about 5 friends that I can think of.
