When I was a child, Christmas was more fun. I got more presents and there was Santa Claus. My mom never told me there was no Santa, but I knew. Gifts were much cheaper then. Of course, I didn’t buy many then. It seemed like such a big deal then, and now it has toned down a lot. But, I still go see relatives every year. (Note in the margin from the teacher: You use great verbs).
